My phone connects to the eero 6 but the extension which is also eero 6 will connect but no internet access. Error message comes up on my phone saying failed to connect to network

Your phone is presumably connected to the Gateway eero and the other eero is set up as an extender, is this correct?
Does anything else connect to the extender eero & have internet access? Please can you provide a screenshot from the Home tab of your eero app? Please feel free to PM this to me to preserve your privacy.
