Downgraded Fibre speeds

Hi,

I have had Fibre working at 150Mbps download and 29Mbps Upload for few years now, but recently noticed this week my speeds are capped at 80Mbps Download and 29Mbps upload, not sure why this happened can it be restored back to 150Mbps Download please?

Hi Chris,

 

I switched off the modem and router for around 40 minutes and can confirm I am getting full speeds again (148Mbps) which im happy with, thanks for your help 🙂

Hi theukchamp,

 

Line test is clear and sync speed is 160Mbps. Can you switch the modem and router off and leave them off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on
