I had an engineer scheduled to come to my new address between the hours of 1 - 6 pm no one showed up I called the customer service line and they told me to wait for a message from the engineer. Needless to say nothing. I had to take time off work for this. I followed the steps for setting up the broadband on the talk talk site and it still isn't working. Can you arrange another engineer slot?
Because as it stands this really is poor service. I've had to wait 10 days as it is.

Your account is showing as live, the engineer may have remotely activated the line.
Have you set-up your router?
