Hi all,
City Fibre installed their new cable from telephone post last Wednesday and left me with a modem apparently working with 4 green lights. Can connect to the eero gadget but no Internet available having run through the setup proccess. Have connected eero with no success. So researched the issue and followed all advice to resolve the issue and have now connected my laptop via Ethernet with the above error message. Please help.

OK thanks. Could you connect the Eero again and confirm that it's still not connecting, I'll then pass it to City Fibre for investigation

I've presently by-passed the eero gadget and have my laptop connected viat lan cable directly to the box on the wall.

Anna, could you just confirm that the ONT (box on the wall) is currently powered on and I'll ask City Fibre to take a look
