Hi, unfortunately our regular performance fluctuations have surfaced yet again… the previous issue was in March! Current performance is 40Mbps (down from usual 65-70Mbps), usually caused by ageing Openreach infrastructure (copper) between our local cabinet and my property! Openreach appear to be concentrating locally on full fibre provision and we now seem to regularly experience associated issues, pretty much bi-monthly! The latest issue appears to have been ongoing over the last 48 hours.
As always, I can confirm that I’m happy to meet any costs associated to issues found within my property, but strongly suspect that the supply to my property will be the issue, as usual. I would therefore greatly appreciate assistance from a Community Agent to facilitate engineer intervention as soon as possible.
