Hi guys,
My internet has been down since yesterday around 4-pm-ish. Devices already connected after this time we're still able to receive the network but anything attempting to connect after this time would fail. Phone line is working. I've raised a ticket on my account but have received no updates. If someone could please look into this for me I would be very grateful.

Forgot to add that the router has a solid amber light so I assume there's a problem with the network not the line. Thanks
