I have fibre35.

Would a faster speed help with buffering on 4k and streaming?

Morning,

Do you still need assistance with this?

Thanks

Hi User1962,

Can you please add your TalkTalk landline telephone number to your community profile and we'll take a look at this for you

Would a signal booster help?

OK. Equally sadly, that means this is the maximum your line is capable of and upgrading  to Fibre 65 wouldn't make any difference.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

Sadly I don't think it is, might be able to go to fibre 65 but would that be worth it.

At moment I'm getting 19 Mbps download and 14 Mbps to devices.

Not to sure what that means.

Quite probably. Is Full Fibre available in your area?
