A site that I had no problem accessing originally now shows the following warning each time I try to access it:

Server Error

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Morning,

Have you also tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then re-tested again as this will clear the current session?

Thanks

Michelle

Sorry,  just login to your router as usual at 198.162.1.1 and take it from there.

Try changing the DNS servers on the router: click on See internet settings > Manage advanced settings > Internet connectivity > DNS IPv4. It will show Obtain DNS Automatically. Click on that and select Manually Specify DNS. Enter 8.8.8.8 in the Primary and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary server boxes. Click Apply at the bottom.
