Hi there
I was having an issue with my line speeds last night. After rebooting routers etc my connection seems to be stable again, but at a much reduced download speed.
Usually I would be getting 57/18mbps but last night + still this morning I'm getting 14/18mbps.
My upload speed looks normal but it's almost as if my download is being throttled somehow.
Is anyone able to help try to reset it?

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear that your speeds have been varying. I've run a test on the line now which is clear and the sync speed looks consistent. Can I just confirm, have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes as this will reset the current session?
