Trying to renew my broadband package but for some reason the site doesn't recognise my login details and it has kicked me out (saying too many login attempts). How do I contact admin to correct this?

Are you using a @talktalk.net address as your login, if so goto our webmail site and reset you password, give it a few hours and try again with the new password.
That usually works.

Leave it 24 hours as it may sort itself out, @DevonDave.
However, for renewals you are best to contact Talktalk directly to get the best price (via phone / Chat) as online renewals automatically include the charge for TV.
