Installation date confirmation?

I signed up for full fibre on Sunday. I got the welcome email and it said my install date would be confirmed via another email, this hasn't happened yet. What is the normal wait time for this confirmation?

Thanks, is this a City Fibre installation? If it is then could you add the first line of your address and postcode to the private notes section

yes have checked and unfortunately no email to confirm appointment. I have the order and direct debit emails so some appear to be arriving.
