Since Friday 13th December. I keep loosing Internet connection. The light stays solid on the router.
I've tried resetting the router and all the other checks. Even tried testing my line and speed on my account but it wouldn't let me do this it said I needed to contact talktalk.
We are all having to use our own mobile data to access the Internet and also unable to watch tv . This is very frustrating as I have tried to start a live chat and been left waiting for hours then it's timed out. That was yesterday and today. So not sure what else to do. as I see a lot of people experiencing the same problems.

spoken to TalkTalk re booted etc still same problem
terrible service
