Internet does not work

I have followed your instructions including removing the back plat on the junction box and trying the test socket. When I go to chat I get no response on repeated occasions. It’s been no broadband now for two days I want to speak to some one not chat that does not work and I want it fixed otherwise we will leave Talk Talk.
