Had a powe cut last night internet working fine today until 3.30pm router is showing 3 green lights and still no connection

Ok, do you have a laptop to plug into the ONT box? I'm just trying to help you find out if it's the line or your router that's at fault.
Unfortunately staff here normally refer customers to the Full Fibre team to resolve issues, and you will be able to inform them as yo what you have tried.

So I dunno if this has anything to do with it ive got eero router ive turned all the plugs off and waited and pressed the restart button and nothing.

For 30 minutes?
Di you have a laptop or other device you can plug directly into the ONT Box?
If so try that as if you can connect to the internet it would mean the router is at fault.
If so they a pinhole reset if the router. This will reset to factory defaults including your username and password, so if you have changed them you will need to change them back.

Hey thanks ive got fibre 900 so I think full fibre. Thanks with reply. I've tured it off and on nothing happening

Have you tried turning the ont and router off for 30 minutes to see if it will start a new session?
Are you on Full Fibre? If so Staff here are not back until Monday now, but they normally ask you to phone the Fibre team for support. However they too are not available until Monday, so please let us know how you get on and what contract you are on so we can offer the correct advice for you.
