Internet goes off at midnight

My internet keeps going off at midnight Everytime, I noticed it and told my partner and she now notices it too. We’re watching Netflix and it just stops completely, our phones no longer work and we then have to hotspot the tv from our phones. So even had to buy wifi a few times on our phones as the service in our area is bad already. Not impressed at all, we are now long elsewhere for a new internet provider.

Thanks for confirming. No it shouldn't automatically be switched on, however we did see a few posts about this a while back which we fed back to the team. We'll check back in with you in the morning to check that everything is now working ok.

How are you getting on? Did you check your HomeSafe/Homework time settings in your My Account?

Have you checked your Kidsafe - Homework Time setting in MyAccount?
