Absolutely sick of this service, and I cannot wait to get rid, how can a supposed 24/7 line be closed? That's extremely misleading and frustrating.

No worries. There isn't any direct customer support available on Sundays. But I would recommend that you wait for the support team here to pick this up when they are back online on Monday. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.

I've checked all the sockets and plugs and they're in correctly and I do not use a landline phone, thanks for trying to help

And checking at the test socket? Any issues with the voice service, such as noise on the line?

There isn't a 24/7 helpline I'm afraid. Have you checked your service status and the various steps suggested on the help pages.?
