I have logged into my account at it just says there is an open case,but not what is actually up and why my internet is not working

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

Do you want to give some details as to what the problem is? In addition to that, what package are you on & which make/model of router do you have? What is the state of the light(s) on the front of the router?
