Hi @Imdman12
I'm sorry to hear this.
Can I just check, have you tried a factory reset? (pin hole reset for ten seconds)
Please can you also add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile.
Thanks
Debbie

What have you tried to get it working again?
Is the router connecting to the internet and it's just WiFi that's down?
Have you tried:
- Checking the WiFi hasn't been turned off accidentally (try pressing the WiFi button and see if that helps)
- Rebooting the router
- Turning it off for 30 mins and trying again
- Trying a factory reset by using the pin reset hole when the router is on so it reboots ( note this will reset any changes you may have made such as network name and password)
Please confirm and let us know how you get on.
