My internet was cut off on October 2nd and 5 weeks later its still cut off. Talk Talk claim its because I ordered Full fibre, but I haven't they are lying. I have been a customer for 15 years and this year I renewed my current contract and nothing else. Talk Talk have cocked up and won't reconnect me. What can I do?

Sorry for the problems.
The only way to restore the service will be to make a new order via sales, once an account is disconnected its not possible to reactive a line once its disconnected.

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
