My landline - internet connected - if I make an outgoing call it dials but doesn't connect but just gives a continuous tone. Incoming calls ring but on picking up no connection.
Support chat line very very slow and cut me off !! after 25 minutes then didn't respond when I tried again - so no help there.
Incoming calls now seem to be working - this is 1 hour after finding the problem and starting to try to sort it - but outgoing still not working.
I think it needs a line check but the facility in support section has this is not possible as I have both full fibre and copper wire connections . I have only full fibre but the copper wire was not removed when fibre was installed as it was BT
What a palaver
Where do I go from here please ?
