Broadband has now dropped out for the 4th time in past week TN6. Usually webpage identifies line fault, I enter mobile number for updates & get txt info. Today, despite line fault being identified, on entering mobile number, webpage re-runs line test, finds fault & asks for mobile number again in a complete circle. Have tried different browsers. HELP!
