Line is constantly dropping

Wifi is really poor - it keeps dropping from 15Mbps to 1Mbps and for remote work this is a real problem as I have to switch to hot-spotting on my phone.

 

I've posted here before and it was temporarily fixed but it's now regressed again.

Hi @CharlieMDay 

 

Thank you for creating a new topic.

 

I can see that the SNR is dropping low and this can affect the stability and performance of the connection.

 

I have reset the data port and optimised the connection and the SNR has increased.

 

Please can you monitor the connection over the next couple of days and let us know how the connection compares.
