My downstream sync speed has been stuck at 35000kbps for a few months now. I've tried leaving the router/modem off for 30 minutes and also tried different modems. I'm on the Fibre 35 package and should be connecting at close to the maximum 40000kbps.
Is there anything else that can be done to get DLM to increase my sync speed? Line stats below:
Line attenuation (dB): Downstream 24.3
Connection speed (kbps): Downstream 35000 Upstream 7299
SNR margin (dB): Downstream 9.3 Upstream 6.0
Max: Upstream rate = 7299 Kbps, Max: Downstream rate = 42832 Kbps

Hi
OK, also, now the profile has increased, power off the router for 30 minutes to reset the session and see if a better sync rate is achieved.
Thanks
Karl.

Thanks Karl, I can see that my downstream sync speed is now 40000kbps, but a speedtest suggests its still restricted to the previous sync speed. (31 Mbps download - 6 Mbps upload)
Line stats now:
Bearer: 0, Upstream rate = 7242 Kbps, Downstream rate = 40000 Kbps
SNR margin (dB): Downstream 7.7 Upstream 6.2
I'll try another speedtest in a few days to see if this has changed. Thanks for the help.

Hi
I've asked Openreach to reset the DLM profile for you, give it 30 minutes, then retest your speeds.
Thanks
Karl.

Hi Chris,
The router is connected to the pre-filtered open reach MK3 master socket already. I've also connected a phone and cannot hear any noise on the line.
