I recently had a text and emails from Talk Talk regarding upgrading of equipment at a local exchange by OpenReach. As I had three messages/emails I only kept one. Of course, it was the wrong one!
I have the times that my broadband is likely to be down (for two hours at the most the message says). Unfortunately the one I kept doesn’t give a date.
How can I find the date? Sometime in November 2024.
The first line of the email mentions an exchange number and OpenReach.
Thanks
Steve
