The average for where we live is 70Mbs on our contract but why are we only getting 30 which is not enough is there anything we can do to change this

@emmaparker ,

What do you mean by "The average for where we live"?

You should have been given a predicted range and guaranteed minimum speed for your line when you signed up. If you don't know these figures, staff should be able to check for you but you will have to update your forum profile as previously advised in order for them to locate and access your account details.

@emmaparker, could you complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account?

 

Don't post any personal information on the open forum. Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information; SAVE CHANGES. 

 

What package are you currently on - Fibre65?

 

The actual speeds you get are unique to your line. 

 

Check in the My Connection area (see Help with your service; service status dashboard) to do a speed test, which will show you whether what you are getting is good or poor.

 

Staff will reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
