Hello can someone please explain this as I really don’t get it . I choose to move with talk talk . The quickest date I could get to end my services was the 30th of January, my new connection it’s going to go live on the 6th February. I have been a customer with talk talk so here are my 2 questions will I get a new router? And is my internet going to be live after midnight? I don’t need an engineer and that has been cancelled by talk talk . Thank you

You usually don't get sent a new router. If your current one is still working fine, you are expected to keep using it.

If you service hasn't gone live after midnight on the night of 6th February (in 24 hours from now), get back in touch on here, @buczakpaulina1.
