I'm a former Shell customer. My speed is consistently throttled to 100mbps when it should be 150mbps.
I've tried ringing and using the online chat in hopes of resolving this. Both a tremendous waste of time.
How do I go about actually getting the speeds I should be?

Hi,
You'd be best to speak to the Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm) to resolve this.
TalkTalk do not offer a 100mps contract so have moved you to the 150mps contract but as it was a like for like transfer it may be a confusion over the contract name rather than moving you to 150mps.
The dedicated team will be able to advise you.
