  • This is my 2nd box and I'm afraid it's useless. I have now purchased a different box from eBay. I would want to cancel my subscription, but I doubt it will happen.

Your subscription to what? You can cancel your TalkTalk TV service at any time by contacting customer services. For your broadband, you are likely to be in a minimum term contract. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
