Hey - is there any way to request a new router please? We had an engineer out a few months ago,and he said we would need one soon. Unfortunately, we sat on this issue,and its now looking like we really need one.

I'm sorry to hear this. The line test is clear so I have ordered you a replacement router.

 

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Wifi drops every couple of minutes, it won't visibly lose connection to a device but any streams or videos we are watching buffer and ping shoots up in games and this is happening every couple of minutes, on wired this problem doesn't happen. I've tried unplugging and leaving for 30 secs and replugging, I tried turning the wifi off via logging in to the router and rather alarming it would not turn the wifi back on it took around 30 minutes of persistent relogging and clicking for the router to finally put the wifi back on.

 

Edit: Realized you asked about the light, its always been white whilst this is happening

Can I just check, what's happening with the router? Is the connection dropping or does the light change on the front of the router?
