Hello,

Looks like my broadband connection keeps dropping - only lasts a few minutes then connects again.

Not wifi issue (wired connection)

I do not loose connection to router - I can navigate to router home page without issue.

Uptime on router has reset to zero.  Current Connection Time:  online for 00:00:00 day(s)

This happens a few times a week

Can you take a look please?

Many thanks

Martyn

Thanks. This should have a test socket below the faceplate. Would it be possible to gently lift off the faceplate (be careful as there may be some wires connected) and connect the microfilter, router and phone directly at the test socket so we can see how your stability compars please?

Thanks

Hi Martyn

I'm sorry to hear this.

The line tests are not picking up any line faults.

Have we recently sent you a new router for testing? Is the router connected at the test socket?
