Very disappointed, zero update since reporting just states and engineer will start working on the issue this was on the 2nd July. No text to update me, calling has been useless and told to just wait! Considering my contract is expiring soon you would hope that at least some update would be provided.

Thanks for the update. Could I just ask, is your telephone working OK, is there a dial tone?

Hi Chris,

 

It worked for one day but has since gone off again. Tried a reset but still no luck, unable to run a further test. Normally I receive some form of update but this time it's been radio silence which makes it very frustrating.
