We're in Warrington and our line is from Freedom Fibre but via Talk Talk. We've got now internet and haven't had since this morning. I can see others in Bury and Manchester are reporting no wifi but it's not clear if they are also via Freedom Fibre or direct through Talk Talk.
There is no way to get support, the chat bot thing has had me on hold for 2 hours now with no response. The phone directs you to the chatbot. It's not very impressive to be honest.
Does anyone have an update?

They seem to have cleared the report from Service Status Dashboard, @djmpne, so hopefully resolved fully!

I tried that link from my phone a couple of hours ago and it showed no reported problems! In any event the broadband has suddenly come back online and looks fine, hopefully we'll be able to work tomorrow again😁

From what little we know it may be related to a power failure caused by the weather, hence affecting every type of connection.

My TalkTalk internet went down at midday and came back on a few minutes ago. I don’t have full fibre.
