I have had no Internet connection for 4 days. Was told an engineer would be at exchange to fix it as fault is between there and my home. Told me 2 to 3 days. 4 days later and countless phone calls ,still no connection. Any help as I'm at my wits end?

Hi,

I'm sorry this is taking so long, it's still in hand with Openreach, there's been a review date set for tomorrow so hopefully we'll have more information then

I am very sorry, but there is nothing more I can do, I am just another customer.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

I still have no internet ,no tv ,nothing. Every day I have rung and been lied to and assured someone from open reach is working on the problem as we speak. My wife works from home and has lost 4 days work now. Going to be a goid Xmas staring at 4 walls.

Hi Bigtongue121,

This is still in hand with Openreach, it's waiting for an engineer to be allocated. Apologies for the delay

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
