Hello, for the past 2 hours my broadband connection has been lost. The power light is green but the broadband light is staying red. The router is Hg633. I have done a line check and a problem was detected on the router. I have switched the router off for 20 minutes and powered back on but the problem remains. I have also done a factory reset with the router but still the problem remains. I have also checked all of the cables. I think this router has stopped working altogether. Is it possible to get a replacement sent out please? Thank you in advance.
