My internet suddenly stopped working at about 830pm tonight when the flashing orange light non-stop. I went through all the testing and then got a message from Talk Talk that there is an issue with the line providing my connection and that an engineer was on his way to the exchange to resolve the issue and they would not require access to my property. This was nearly 3 hours ago and my service has not been restored and I’ve heard nothing since. The customer service and tech support here is abysmal. Anything I can do to move this along? Thanks!
