How many weeks/ months notice do I give if I want to terminate my contract with Taltalk

If you are out of contract or within the last 30 days of your contract, you need to give 30 days notice to cancel.

 

This has to be done by phone to the loyalty team.

 

If you are in contract you can leave by giving 30 days notice But there is a penalty charge for each month remaining on your contract. Charges can be found on this page. https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Cancel-your-TalkTalk-service/ta-p/2204737
