Hi.

I just recently moved in and only just realised my openreach box has no power.. someone's taken cable as they moved, so I'm over my activation date with no Internet

My colleague in the Faults Team has advised that an engineer visit has already been arranged for today - 8am -1pm

Yes I need an engineer. No it was not known it would need installing at the property
