So did you give notice to cancel? End of contract does not mean the end of service, unless you specifically asked to cancel. At which point you will be given an end date. In which case I really fear you have simply left it too late. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Or if you have just cancelled with an agreed date, I doubt there is much you can do now.

When you say "cease" do you mean you have moved to another provider? You can cancel this if you wish. But with very little time.
