Hi.
I had to perform a factory reset on my router this morning and it's enabled Wi-Fi optimisation.
Please can you switch Wi-Fi optimisation off.

No option for a customer to change this themselves.
We are seeking more clarification for other options and will let our customers know if we get an answer from our network colleagues.

That's a bit of a nuisance. I don't suppose there's any way I can do this myself in the router settings apart from manually changing channels.

I'm sorry, we no longer have the option to turn off Optimisation. Network teams advise that turning off optimisation will prevent data collection from the router that can impact the details we display under 'My Connection' within My Account.
