This is the problem, no-one can commit to a time or date. It's really frustrating. My view is, we won't get a replacement and we will have to chase this down. The emphasis at TalkTalk really feels like it's down to the customer. As I said it's day 3 today so I'm hoping it arrives.
We also have a billing query that no-one seems to be able to fix too. I posted about it but no response.

2-3 days from Thursday so assuming COP tomorrow. I PM'd you the ref. We have to give them time to send a replacement. Don't know if this is a full replacement or a adapter only.

It's not been resolved. I had to find a spare ac adapter and I'm using that. The ticket was set to resolve but I'm assured that I will be getting a replacment sent, well that's what my partner was told. She was told 2-3 days before arrival, and we are on day 2.
Do you need the reference of the ticket?

I'm sorry to hear this.
As this is Openreach maintained equipment then we would need to arrange an engineer visit to replace the modem and power supply.
