I have a openreach gfast modem and the internet light is permanently out. I have software that monitors my network connection and this is a sample from that,

I have had a new router TalkTalk but this problem remains. I understand that the gfast is no longer supplied. Therefore is it possible that TalkTalk can supply a replacement modem?

I have ordered a replacement modem, this will replace your current modem and also the TT router.
