Hi community, we received a replacement router last week which was installed by an engineer after losing all our wifi. However, I now can't access previously accessed websites. For example, I need access to the Open Universities open learn website but regardless of which browser I use, I cannot access it. However, if i use 4g on my phone, there is no problem. What is going on? I have tried 5 different devices and a couple of different browsers but no luck. Any advice?

@fr8ys @Philile-TT  changing the DNS settings worked perfectly and I can now access the required sites. Thanks so much for your help 👏

Ok thanks,

Only thing I can offer at this stage is if you use pop up blockers or add blockers try turning them off on an affected site.

You could try changing DNS servers to Google. Use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

If that does not work I shall leave it for staff to look into further.
