Red light on my router

I’ve this evening come back from football to a solid red light an no internet, I’ve rest on the side of the modem an unplugged all for around 30 minutes ? Still nothing how do I preform a factory reset

Is your phoneline working OK? Subject to that, either get in touch with customer services directly tomorrow. Or if you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. But bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.
