Renew Fibre 65 - 18- or 24-month plan – Clarification

Hi Talktalk,
I have been with Talktalk for 2-3 years. My latest 18-month contract is Fibre 65 & will end on 19 May 23. I have been offered the same plan for 24 months. I would like to have the same plan for 18 months.

Not sure why I was offered Fibre 65 plan for 24 months as 18 months is also available for my address (when browsing with Microsoft Edge.)...the strange is that when I browse with Google Chrome, Fibre 65 plan is available for 24 months..How come?...Please can you provide me with 18 months contract for Fibre 65.

@Lucie5, staff on the forum cannot fix up your new contract for you.

 

Clicking on the Offers & Upgrades or your renewal link will automatically include TV and so you are best phoning or using Chat to make a bespoke plan.

 

Prices are usually better done this way.

Talktalk will have its own reasons for offering 24 month rather than 18 month contracts - 18 months used to be more usual.
