Request new router

Is there any way to request a new router? I have been having multiple disconnects, slow speeds and rubbish WiFi range. I used to get 80Mbps down on my Fiber65, but recently it's been 40-50Mbps. This evening alone I have had 4 disconnects (wired connection) and it's been happening for months. Some days it's fine, others I get disconnects every hour.

My router is several years old now and I'm hoping it's that.

Hi @HeyDes

I've ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Thanks

Debbie
