Return Pack Not Received

Hi there,

 

I received an email from TalkTalk (on the 25th September 2023) asking me to return my old router.

 

However I’ve still not received any returns pack or prepaid label.

 

Please would it be possible for one of these to be sent out to me?

You really must start your own thread, @dilshan1, and explain:

 

Was this replacing old equipment so you need to return something?

 

Have you left Talktalk?

 

You will also need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. 

 

So, (1) go back to the message board and click start a topic. 

 

(2) Go via your avatar; settings; profile wizard.

I haven't receive my returning bag still i am waiting for that for weeks hope i won't get charged for that.

Hi I received an email also on 25th September saying that I was being sent a returns pack and I've not yet received anything.  Hold I be sent a replacement please.
