I have just cancelled my contract how do I return the router

Staff can easily send you a prepaid returns bag, @Whitel, so it's not a problem. 

 

Just make sure that your community forum profile details are complete so that they can find your account. 

 

Add your name, account number  / Talktalk landline number by going via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
