My router is broken, how do I get a replacement that is not the Eero.

Stopped working altogether. No damage, just not working any longer.

No not damaged, just stopped working one day. No lights, no signal, just expired.

No, not damaged just stopped working a little while ago and so we pulled out the old one and have been using that but it's very, very old and not working well.

When someone uses the work "broken" I would take that to mean physically damaged.

What service/package do you have, which router do you have currently and how is it "broken?"
