I have been complaining about my problem for several months and am unable to get satisfaction. My Router keeps disconnecting from the internet. I have spoken to machines, had my line tested, spoken to humans, and on the last contact spoke to a member of the sales team who promised to send me a new router, which had been promised some months before. I have still not recieved a new unit and am frustrated in my attempts to speak to a real person.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
