Thanks for help all.  If wifi calls don't give me better signal in my home then O2 is out in 2025

@Pops58 thanks for raising this. It made me check my network again and the issue with Lebara is over.

A quick toggle as suggested and both mine and my wife's phone are now set up.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Yes, correct, @Pops58 :

If you look in recent calls on your mobile, each call should show listed with a wifi symbol too in your records, when it's been working properly.

This has changed something.  I Now have a new symbol after the number called as 3 arced lines on the right.   Is this the wifi symbol?

Morning,

Could you toggle to flight mode on your mobile device and then try WIFI calling again please?

Thanks

There's very small print on a sticky label either very low down on the back (for much older models) or behind the pull out tag that shows your wifi password etc, near the top.

Magnifying glass likely to be needed, seriously, @Pops58!

There was a spell in the autumn when the Sagemcom router software messed up wifi calling. That firmware update had to be rolled back for affected customers.

Supposed to now be fine.

Which mobile network are you with as not all networks have internet calling available due to licensing issues.

For example, I'm with Lebara and they do not have the facility.

I'm doubtful that a router per se would block this function, but other factors such as VPN might.

Does it work on other WiFi networks?

Have you tried a forum for your phone and model number to see if others have the issue and maybe found a solution?

You mean you can't get wifi calling?

Which router have you got, @Pops58?
